Cyber advocates should be thanking developers for their blemishes

Every user of a computerized system knows bugs.
The term "bug" to describe defects has been a part of engineering jargon for many decades and predates computers and computer software. (-Wikipedia)
Bugs are those annoying things which cause us not to truly and completely trust computerized systems. They are those who cause our UI to glitch, our program to crush, our data to corrupt and our communication to be disrupted.
Incidently the same symptoms are also related to Cyber attacks.
I claim that those attacks which are harmful to our computer systems and therefore our daily lives would be an order of magnitude worse if not for the programmers who create imperfect systems and cause us the users to be constantly weary and on our toes.
So instead of constantly blaming the programmers for the imperfections they introduce to our lives, we should also say a little thank you for them being lazy, arrogant and imperfect.
Thank you!
